An introduction to the new Nanostring DSP that allows for multiplex RNA and protein readouts from a paraffin-embedded mouse and human tissues. We will go over the basic principles of the technology, how to properly plan your experiment, and all capabilities of this exciting new platform, including the new Cancer Transcriptomic Atlas (CTA; 1800 gene readout) and the Whole Transcriptomic Atlas (WTA; 18000 gene readout).
