Summary

The research in my lab focuses on pharmacogenomics, toxicogenomics, bioinformatics, and drug-induced liver injury. We develop and apply computational approaches to integrate multi-omics data, CRISPR screens, and single-cell high-throughput sequencing to investigate drug response and adverse drug reactions.
