Abstract Submission 2022

  • We are accepting abstracts from anyone in a mentored position only: (1) mentored research faculty, (2) post-doctoral fellows, and (3) PhD, MSTP, and PSTP candidates. One abstract representing each Hillman Cancer Center research program will be selected to deliver a 10-minute talk during the retreat. Abstracts must be submitted by Friday, August 26, 2022. If your abstract is selected for the 10-minute presentation, you are not eligible for the poster competition (but you can still present a poster).

    • Deadline for abstract submission is Friday, August 26, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. No exceptions.
    • Presenting authors must also register for the retreat.
    • Abstracts will be accepted from (1) mentored research faculty, (2) post-doctoral fellows and (3) PhD, MSTP, and PSTP candidates.
    • 300 word maximum.
    • No images, charts, or tables are allowed in the abstract.
    • All abstracts must be submitted online using the form below.
    • Upload Word documents only. PDFs will NOT be accepted.
    • Each abstract may be submitted only once. Please be sure that all authors are aware of and consent to the submission.
