CosMx SMI
High-plex in situ single cell imaging platform featuring spatial multiomics with cellular and subcellular resolution. Researchers can interrogate both fresh frozen and FFPE tissue for RNA using the whole transcriptome panel, the 1,000 RNA discovery panel, or the 6,000 RNA discovery panel. As well as 64 validated protein analytes.
