Abstract Submission 2021

  • We are only accepting abstracts from (1) post-doctoral fellows and (2) PhD, MSTP, and PSTP candidates. One abstract representing each Hillman Cancer Center research program will be selected to deliver a 10-minute talk during the retreat. If you elect this option, your deadline is Sept 7. If you prefer the poster session, your abstract deadline is Sept 21. If your abstract is selected for the 10-minute presentation, you are not eligible for the poster competition but you may present a poster.

    • Deadline for abstract submission if you want to be considered for a ten-minute talk is Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 4 pm. No exceptions.
    • Deadline for abstract submission (no talk) is Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 4 pm. No exceptions.
    • Presenting authors must also register for the retreat.
    • Abstracts will be accepted from (1) post-doctoral fellows and (2) PhD, MSTP, and PSTP candidates. We will not accept abstracts from faculty, clinical staff, laboratory staff, administrative staff, etc.
    • 300 word maximum.
    • No images, charts, or tables are allowed in the abstract.
    • All abstracts must be submitted online using the form below.
    • Upload Word documents only. PDFs will NOT be accepted.
    • Each abstract may be submitted only once. Please be sure that all authors are aware of and consent to the submission.
