Visium Spatial Gene Expression is a next-generation molecular profiling tool for classifying tissue based on total mRNA. 10X Visium CytAssist

Tissue sections are placed on standard glass slides and transferred to a Visium slide on the 10X CyAssist. Tissue from two glass slides can be transferred to 1 Visium slide. Area of interest must fit within the 6.5×6.5 mm Visium area.
