- TruSeq Stranded Total RNA is available in multiple versions to fit specific study design needs such as TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Human/Mouse/Rat (removes cytoplasmic rRNA) and TruSeq Stranded Total RNA Gold (removes both cytoplasmic and mitochondrial rRNA)

- AmpliSeq for Illumina
- Custom AmpliSeq for Illumina Panels
